Google Fiber Call Center
This was a project from my Google Business Intelligence class. For this project I used BigQuery to explore the data they provided and to join together data from several tables using a union, and I limited the data to the first quarter of 2022, as I was asked. I then exported the results into a .csv, which I then used in Tableau.
As part of this lesson, I was provided meeting notes from the Google Fiber call center team (actually notes provided by the course instructor) explaining that they needed a dashboard that allows them to understand what they get call for and how effectively they are responding to each customer's issue.
